In her remarks, Rowe stated: There is simply no other pick for this award this year. One individual had to weigh all the factors - human and business concerns for this Crown Corporation as well as the legitimate demands of an already fragile Canadian mailing industry, employing over 500 thousand people. Although great credit is given to all parties involved in this ground breaking negotiated settlement, this individual held the two parties at the table. The Hon. Andre Ouellet wins this award for his own campaign: BUSINESS AS USUAL.
