Toronto,
November 2, 2005… A high scoring win in two major categories made
the Garnier Coloration Direct Marketing Program top choice by the
judges for the BEST OF THE BEST award at the 2005 NAMMU’s.
Entered by
Strategies Marketing Direct in Addressed Admail as well as Brand
Reinforcement, the work was acknowledged by the judges as ranking
amongst the best direct mail they’d ever seen. Presiding head
judge,
Anthony (Tony)
Keenan, Chairman, SBS Sears Business Solutions stated simply: “An
excellent campaign and a world-class effort. This campaign
deserves to be BEST OF THE BEST.”
Mark Morin,
President, Strategies Marketing Direct, was jubilant when Moya
Greene, President and CEO, Canada Post Corporation, announced the
Garnier campaign as BEST OF THE BEST, the award sponsored by
Canada Post Corporation.
Following his
third trip to the podium, Morin stated: “This is a very
significant win for our agency. We’re very fortunate to have
Garnier as a client and they really allowed us to push the
envelope on this campaign at every level. The quality of the other
entries is impressive and it is truly an honor to be selected as
“Best of the Best”. After thanking the NAMMU judges, Morin advised
his agency is celebrating its 16th year this week and
”…this is definitely the icing on the cake!”
