IN FOCUS: INVOICE IMPROVEMENTS INITIATIVE
BACKGROUND
Continuous improvement to Canada Post invoice communications
combines reaction to customer feedback with proactive
development of enhancements that add measurable value.
NEW
Julie Mills, Director, Order-to-Cash Process Design &
Improvement, presented for discussion a series of initiatives at
the January 26th NAMMU National Workshop on credit and billing
practices. The initiatives are designed to improve clarity of
invoices and statement of account presentation, group invoices
in one envelope for weekly or monthly receipt.
