NAMMU SUPER SESSION WILL DELIVER ONGOING RESULTS
The January 26th NAMMU Super Session is the first step in a new, ongoing process of continuous improvement for existing Canada Post initiatives with huge customer impact. This first session, chaired by Ed Lanthier, Director, Credit Management, will tackle credit policies and practices, and address solutions for sorely tested mailers. The going forward component will preview proposed new initiatives providing the opportunity the mailing industry needs to both assess impact and make recommendations.

Two additional super sessions will be scheduled as follow-through action from the December 6th: YOU vs Inefficiencies! National workshop. The RVU (Revenue Verification Unit) activities and customer relationship management issues will be scheduled for February and March. Other “quick fix” spinoff workshop topics are being prioritized for winter/spring delivery and will be advised to members through the calendar of events.
