  • We create a composite outbound mail-piece that identifies each participant and the explicit authorizations sought.
  • We consolidate mailing lists, and correct addresses to meet Canada Post Address Accuracy standards.
  • We receive responses, capture authorizations and process any additional address information provided by clients.
  • We scan and archive an electronic image of each authorization and provide reference copies on request.
  • Each participant is provided with a file indicating the responses provided by their clients to their specific requests.
  • Client lists and responses are not shared amongst participants.
