Address Accuracy
Canada Post Corporation requires that customers address their mail accurately ensuring that all required elements of the address are consistent with a valid postal code in order to promote more efficient processing of the mail to the benefit of the customer. As such, Canada Post Corporation prepared a set of standards on how mail should be properly addressed.
A common requirement for our clients is standardized name and address information in accordance with Canada Post Corporation’s approved addressing standards. Using one or more Canada Post approved Address Correction Software programs, as well as specialized data analysis techniques and custom programming, DataFix is consistently able to verify and correct address elements to the highest possible level, while ensuring Canada Post standards are met.
